Refund policy
At The Peak Pivot, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Because we partner with various global suppliers and use automated fulfillment systems, our return and refund procedures are designed to align with their specific requirements.
1. General Return Window
- Standard Return Period: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Shorter Return Window Items:
Some products fulfilled by specific suppliers are subject to a 14-day return window. These items must have a return request initiated within 14 days of delivery.
We recommend checking the product page or contacting us prior to purchase if you have questions about return eligibility.
- Post-Window Policy: Any return request initiated after the applicable 14 or 30-day period will be automatically declined.
2. Eligibility & Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Condition: The item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Visual Proof: You must provide clear photos or videos documenting the issue (damage, defect, or incorrect item).
- Minimum Value: Returns are only eligible for orders with a value of $10 or above.
3. Non-Returnable Items & Reasons
- Specific Categories: We cannot accept returns for perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom/personalized products, and personal care goods (beauty products).
- Hazardous Materials: Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are strictly non-returnable.
- Software & Specific Electronics: Certain software and specific electronics categories are non-returnable per supplier policy.
- Sale Items & Gift Cards: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
4. The Return Process
Important: Do not send items back to the address on the package without authorization. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

- Authorization: If your return is accepted, we will provide a specific return shipping label and instructions.
- Mandatory Label Use: You must use the shipping label provided by our system. Using personal shipping labels or alternative carriers will result in the automatic rejection of your refund.
5. Cancellations & Refusals
- No Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately through our automated system and cannot be canceled.
- Refusing Delivery: If you no longer want the item, the most effective method is to refuse delivery when the carrier arrives. Once the carrier confirms the item is being returned to the sender, we can initiate the refund process.
6. Refunds
- Inspection: We will notify you once the supplier has received and inspected your return.
- Timing: Refunds are generally processed within 10 business days of the supplier approving the return.
- Payment Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Restocking Fees: Be advised that some suppliers may deduct a restocking fee (particularly for electronics), which will be reflected in your final refund amount.
- Shipping Costs: For certain international returns, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund if a free return is not supported by the supplier.
