Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how The Peak Pivot (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles order processing, shipping, and delivery. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended by a few business days. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Times

  • Domestic Shipping (U.S. only):
    Most orders arrive within 1–7 business days after shipment.
    Some items may require 8–14 business days, which will be noted on the product page.
  • International Shipping:
    We do not currently offer international shipping.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 1–2 business days to appear.


Split Shipments

Orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability and fulfillment location. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment when applicable.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the continental United States.

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories

Certain products may have additional shipping restrictions due to size or carrier limitations.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues or lost packages
  • Additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@thepeakpivot.com with photos of the item and packaging.

While we are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped, we will work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve issues, including lost or significantly delayed packages.
