Exactly what I needed!

This box is great! I love that it’s 3 in 1. With my older clients who are too weak to squat to depth I do a box squat progression from my 18 inch bench to the 16 inch side of the box and over time lower it. Just be sure to look at the dimensions! This box is not really large enough for box jumps! But a light weight individual could use it for step ups.

The material is tough/rugged feelingAnd the box is lightweight. Some padding exists around it....works very well, will buy the larger one as soon as I can drop some weight or grow more leg muscles!

Not too heavy. Great for step ups

My personal trainer uses this and it really gets my heart rate up when I do step ups. Great product! I had to buy it for myself to get extra work outs at home.

So far, so good

This jump box has been working great so far. It's very sturdy and rigid. For reference, I'm 130 lbs and feel stable and planted while standing on the box.

We got this box for jumps but immediately realized it is too small and unstable. While the box is sturdy and the quality of construction is very good, we found the box utterly inadequate for jumps. It feels wobbly and unsafe. We now use it for setups, Bulgarian lunges and a few other (non-plyometric) exercises.
