This has genuinely been so good to use. I love seeing how well I’ve slept and how many steps I’ve taken. It’s way more accurate than my phone was! The charging is pretty quick, it’s doesn’t come with a cube but it’s does a charger. It was really easy to set up and I just love it smmmm!!

Super durable and battery lasts so long!!!

This is one of the most durable watches I’ve ever had and literally ran it through the washer and dryer twice by accident. Have hit it on multiple things where I’m surprised it hasn’t broken off. Have worn it in the sauna etc. only thing I would change is a feature that dings from app to find watch and the find phone feature doesn’t work on my iPhone 17. Very durable and easy to use timers and track workouts and slim easy for working out with compared with Apple or Samsung watches. Went on a 10 day vacation without having to charge the watch once!

The Fitbit Inspire 3 is a great fitness tracker for anyone looking for something simple, comfortable, and reliable. The slim design makes it very lightweight, and the soft band feels comfortable to wear all day and night. The display is clear and easy to read, showing the time, date, and step count at a glance. It does a great job tracking daily steps, activity, sleep, and other basic health metrics, which makes it helpful for staying motivated and keeping track of progress. The battery life is impressive and lasts several days without needing to recharge.Overall, it’s a stylish and practical fitness tracker that’s easy to use and perfect for everyday health tracking. Great option if you want something simple but effective. 💗⌚

Really like this tracker, but…….see latest update.

I’ve previously had a Charge 4 and then a 5. Like them both, but all good things come to an end. Typical life span a little over 2 years. I’m ok with that. What I really like about this tracker is the smaller size. When my Charge 5 died (tried to wash it off under the faucet), I looked into the Charge 6. Reviews were not reassuring. So this one had more positive reviews and thought I’d give it shot. So far it’s been great. Easy to use, display responds well to touch, screen is legible, and it supports just what I need. Plus, it’s less $$ than the new Charge. At this point very happy with my purchase. Recommended. Will follow up with updates as needed.Update 5-10-24. So within three days battery dropped to 19%. A disappointment given the description states up to 10 days. So I made a few changes in the watch configuration and fully recharged. After36hours battery is at 66%. A week would be acceptable but anything less a disappointment.Update 5-13-24. Turned off always on display. Battery at 44% after 6 days, not bad. Happy I bought this tracker over the Charge 6.Update 6-1-24 Ok, I really like this tracker. Soooo glad I bought it over the Charge 6. It has yet to disappoint me and Im getting at least 8-9 days from a charge. Best part is I like the small profile and simplicity of the display. I see the large display watches and trackers and wonder why anyone would want such a clunky device on their wrist. Now if you wants apps, fancy displays, emergency calling, and all parameters on one screen, this tracker is not for you. So glad I made this purchase.1-25-25. So the original Fitbit functionality was great throughout the past 9 months until the hinge point of the strap failed. The plastic where the pin secures the strap to the watch fractured. What to do? I tried some epoxy, worked for a few weeks. So I just ordered a new watch. Unfortunately, the watch gave me less than one year of service. Had it not been for its otherwise excellent performance I would have considered abandoning Fitbit. But I went and ordered a new one. Seems the watch is a disposable item with a life expectancy of less than a year. Too bad, seems few things in life have consistent longevity. I’ll have to see how long this one keeps me happy. I’m not going to deduct a star at this point. We’ll just have to see how this goes.4-11-25 I really like this device. it has performed well. I've been reading a few negative reviews. Seems people expect too much from a small rather inexpensive fitness watch. This device is great as a tracker but is not without fault. Keep that in mind and you won't be disappointed. I think others feel they should get the equivalent of an expensive electrocardiogram or sleep results that you can only get from visiting a sleep center. Ain't gonna happen. Just use the device as it is intended, as a tracker. Overall, once the tracker has accumulated enough data on your habits, it will serve as a reliable reflection of your exercise and health. I think it is worth it and would buy another.7-10-25 A few more months of use. No complaints. Good tracker. I sync it up with my iPhone and iPad. Sometimes it goes ok other times I need to pair it again. But not a major issue as it does catch up with the latest data. I rely on this compact tracker quite a bit for my steps, distance walked, exercise time, and general sleep quality. it also seems stop on with my resting heart rate. I still like it very much and would buy again. Another update 11-24-25. Watch very reliable thus far. No issues. Again the small profile of this watch is a real plus for me not to mention 8-9 day battery power. Use it mostly to track steps. I have a goal of 11000 steps / day and I’m on track with one month to go for a full year. Will buy another when this fails but I’m hoping to get more than one year out of this one.

Great replacement for my Fitbit Luxe

Replaced my Fitbit Luxe that completely fell apart after several years. I love that the Inspire 3 seems to be the replacement model for the Luxe, but better quality and new features.Tried an alternative tracker when the Luxe broke, but found myself returning it and sticking to what I know (Fitbit).I also love the Fitbit app and like that it’s compatible with my gym and scale apps. It is also compatible with many other apps.

Not super disappointed but could be better

Screen size is half of what it seems, scrolling is awkward. The buttons on the side "click" way too easily when I bend my wrist back. Charger is hard to disconnect as I have to shove my fingernail underneath to pry it off. Durability seems fine because I don't do too much physical work. Overall not super disappointed but I would get the Versa 4 for the extra apps n such if I could.

Great Activewear Smart Watch

Great device! It's slim, masculine, and easy to use and link to your device. Great for tracking health and more affordable than other smart watches if you aren't looking for anything super fancy. Good battery life, water resistant, overall a great choice for anyone active looking for a smart watch!

Loved this!

This is a great fitness watch that’s easy to use! You get a lot out of this watch and I love how small and lightweight it is compared to other fitness watches I’ve owned. The only negative is that I sometimes have trouble syncing my device consistently. A little troubleshooting will help with that though!

The fitness tracker that actually changed my habits!

I've owned several fitness trackers, but the Inspire 3's reliability and usability set it apart. The battery life is incredible - I charge it once a week and forget about it. The durability has survived workouts, showers, and daily wear without issue. The compatibility with my phone and the app ecosystem is seamless. I appreciate the scalability of features - it grows with your fitness journey. The stress management feature has been eye-opening, and sleep tracking has genuinely improved my rest quality. The affordability compared to premium trackers makes it accessible. Most importantly, the accessibility of the data helps me make informed health decisions daily.

GREAT purchase!

I love this little watch so much. I previously wasted my money on a Versa 4 and it worked really poorly for me (it didn't monitor my heart rate well and was in fact quite inaccurate, and it just generally wasn't the best option for me). I wanted a health and fitness tracker without any of the fancy stuff like notifications, gps, emails, whatever, something very simple that kept track of my steps, heart rate, sleep, etc. This little watch works beautifully and it is very accurate for the heart rate specifically, and I can confirm this because I tested it in my doctor's office, and it was perfect. I like the look of it too, the orange one is super cute. I do have a small complaint that isn't a big deal in the overall picture--I wish there were more options as far as the display information (more color variations, font size, etc.). But again, a small issue in the overall picture. Totally worth the money. I highly recommend.

Great fitness tracker but the app that goes with it is gone in May!

I really like my Fitbit Inspire 3! I bought it as a Christmas gift to me. However I wish I knew the Fit bit apps are all going away in May! For those of us who already have one, we're given until May to transfer our data from the Fidbit app to our a Google account. If I knew it was going away. I would have just paid the extra for a Smart Watch. Stay away from the Fitbits. Not sure about other fitness trackers.

Perfect for me

I think it is just great. I bought it to track my heat rate, cardio load, distance for runs and walking. I have found it to be accurate, some reviews have mentioned concerns about how accurate it is for distance but I have not experienced that. The heart fate function is accurate and using the app, which you need to keep track of your data, it gies you the range of bpm across your exercise activities. I use the free fitbit app and it works great with my Google account and Samsung Android phone. No issues.I bought the recommended charger as a bundle and it charges the device in about 2 hours. The charge lasts about 10 days based on my use. I don't sleep with it or wear it when I am not running or walking. For reference my walk/run routine is about 1.5 hours per day 6 days a week.It is reasonably price and while other devices might offer more, this one is a bargain for less complex exercise routine.

Steps inaccurate

I wanted something to keep track of my steps and this is a great size for my small wristThe sleep tracker is cool! But it keeps saying that I’m taking steps in my sleep 🤔 unless if I’m sleep walking! Wish it would stop at a certain time of the day/night. Not sure if I can adjust itOverall it’s goodBeen using it for a couple of weeks now and I still like it! The steps are inaccurate it seemsAnd one things I don’t like is that I can’t see the time when I’m doing the exercises

Doesn't fit my needs

I purchased this to use as a simple heartrate monitor during exercise (typically cycling). In that regard, it doesn't fit my needs for the following reasons:1. During the winter, I'm wearing gloves and probably at least two layers of clothing covering my wrists. By the time I stop my bike, pull my gloves off and push my sleeve back to view the Fitbit, my heartrate has decreased considerably. And pulling my gloves off, etc. is a PITA when it's below freezing.2. Getting the display to come on and stay on long enough to read the heartrate can be problematic at times. Touchscreens are sexy, but they don't work particularly well when your finger's cold or wet or you name it. Again, if I have to peck away at a tiny screen for a minute or two, my heartrate has already dropped.3. What I'd REALLY like is to have a heartrate monitor I can set to alarm me if I exceed a specified number. The Fitbit cannot do this.I know, I know...these things are designed to be operated from a smartphone. There are issues related to this as well. First, my phone's too old to have the required Apple OS for the Google Fitbit app. And even if it wasn't, I don't want my phone mounted on my bike, so it lives in my Camelbak while I ride, completely unavailable to be viewed while I'm moving. Having to stop, shrug out of my Camelbak, dig through it to find my phone, and then look at the heartrate....um, no.4. Finally, and the most important, it's not accurate. It appears to be affected by movement of my wrist, even as little as my twisting my arm quickly to read the screen. My heartrate can go from 57 to 109 just from that movement, which does nothing for me at all. I haven't used it while riding my mountain bike, but there's one HECK of a lot more bouncing around from that than just twisting my wrist. So it's going back and I'll replace it with one of the Polar chest-strap/wrist display units. I didn't want to fiddle with a chest strap, but this way I'll have a large, easily-read display that's always on AND can be strapped to the outside of my clothing and viewed while I'm on the move.

Great value with a low price tag

IF YOU HAVE DARK TATTOOS ON YOUR WRIST IT MAY NOT TRACK PROPERLY.I have a black and gray sleeve on my left arm where I would normally wear a watch. Because of this, I have to wear it on my right wrist to ensure proper HR and sleep monitoring. Also, be aware that the calories burned estimate is JUST AN ESTIMATE. Keep an eye on what it says your burning to monitor activity levels but don't take it for the final say. It's notorious for overestimating my calories burned.I've had no connection issues with my android phone and the set up was super straightforward. It does well on the sleep tracking and has some really good insight. It even knows when I take a nap on the weekends! The screen is easy to read and pops up with my phone's notifications seamlessly. I like the smaller size and elastic band as well. It's comfortable and not as bulky as an apple or Google watch. Maybe not as stylish but I'm going for value over cool points.Overall, great functionality and (so far) reliability. Easy to reed screen that auto wakes when I turn my wrist to look. Screen is bright and easy to read. Also, the Fitbit premium 6 month trial is pretty cool. I use a mindfulness meditation off the app every morning to start my day.

Former fan of the LUXE, this one is an excellent replacement! But bands are tricky to attach

I have been a huge fan of Fitbit since 2010 (and until Google bought them out!) and have worn just about every iteration of Tracker (not Watch) they've made! My favorite for size, comfort and convenience so far has been the Luxe, but they stopped making it some years ago. Now it's next to impossible to still find any new-in-box Luxe's even from outside sources. Just refurbs, which are a crap shoot for reliability (been there, done that). I tried the Charge 5 but it just feels too big on my wrist, as I am a petite woman with little wrists.I finally talked myself into trying this Inspire 3 when my last Luxe finally started to give out. So far...IT'S A WIN.I thought I'd be annoyed with the tracker being a little thicker than the Luxe, but actually, once it's on it's really not at all noticeable. It has all the same basic functions as the Luxe, and even shares the same choices of clock faces which I appreciate. One thing I like about the Inspire 3 over the Luxe is that it has touch sensitive "buttons" on the sides which wakes up the face, instead of having to tap the screen to wake up the face. As my Luxe got older, it became harder and harder to wake up the screen by tapping it, even with the "auto wake" option on. Just a light touch on the sides of the Inspire 3 wakes it right up! The screen is nice and bright and easy to read. So far it has been a very easy adjustment from my old beloved Luxe to this Inspire 3, and it makes it even better that I got it at a reasonable price! I feel it is a great value for the money. I wish they made the tracker pebble itself in a variety of colors, or better yet, out of metal like the Luxe. But I guess I can live with black. The ONE thing I DO NOT LIKE about this tracker, is the connectors/connection for the bands! I don't know why they would make these connectors the way they did! Instead of using a tiny button/toggle you press on the base of the tracker to release or snap on a band, this one has a tiny metal pin on the band that must be wrangled carefully, one side first and then the other with your finger nail to get it to click in on the tracker. I have small hands and fingers and it's even a challenge for me. Someone with bigger fingers or no finger nails will REALLY find this a challenge. I don't know what they were thinking when they came up with this! Why didn't they just design it the same way the Luxe and the Charge 5 & 6 work? And if the little metal pin manages to slip out of the band, you can no longer use the band. To me, it's literally the only thing I don't like about this tracker, and was almost a deal breaker for me at first. Luckily, I don't change bands very much and I really want a smaller sized tracker, so I'm keeping it.

A tracker that wants to be a smart device. Hint, it's a great tracker.

Summary - The Fitbit Inspire 3 is a very good fitness tracker. It counts steps, monitors heartrate and is even a sleep tracker. It has pretentions of being a smart device but don't be fooled. If you use this as a simple tracker that links to a smartphone to download results you'll be very happy with it. It's from a well known brand, has a decent battery life and good accuracy. If you want a smart device then buy an Apple Watch as the Inspire 3 won't do that properly and you won't be happy. I like it but know it is limited and I'm happy with that.Pros - Battery life. This will depend upon how you use the device. I have turned off all of the notifications and other stuff. I link the device to my phone once or twice a day for a few minutes and I don't compulsively check the screen. In this minimalist fashion I do manage 10 or 11 days between re-charges. That's very good for such a small device and I don't have to remember to recharge it every night so I'm happy too.Accuracy - It's pretty good. Steps correlate with other devices as does heart rate. Sleep tracking is reasonable and apart from a well documented tendency to confuse deep sleep with light sleep it is consistent. These devices are only indicators and not proper medical devices. If you have sleep problems then a proper sleep polysomnography is what you need. But this is good enough. I've never been able to tell what the sleep score properly correlates too though. There are days when I can have a great sleep score and feel tired by 10:00am. it's just a number not a way of life. The indifferent - The screen is small and the choice of displays isn't very good. I found one that works for me and I see no reason to change it. The screen is bright but very small. Another reason not to think this is a replacement for something like an apple watch.Fit - the Inspire 3 comes with two soft, silicone straps. It is comfortable to wear. Just be advised that the device needs to be tight to the wrist to get proper readings. It can slip to a loose position and not be able to measure anything. This means that you'll get maybe 9 out of 10 nights of sleep records then a junk one. And, if you're lifting weights in a gym it will be useless for heart rate monitoring in those conditions. Otherwise it's fine. The Bad - Only to a phone? My old fitbit used to link to my desktop where I could use a large display to see the data. New ones like the Inspire 3 only link to phones. This is a problem with getting older but why do I have to look at a tiny screen (my phone)? Guess fitbit couldn't be bothered to maintain the desktop software.Fitbit Premium - aka the "con". So fitbit want to charge you a monthly fee for premium features. How dumb do they think I am? I don't see any benefit to this and certainly not for a "mere" $9.99. Don't fall for this. The Inspire 3 is a relatively inexpensive device from a well known brand. it doesn't need the extras premium can give and you don't need to give Fitbit the money. It's just another wasted subscription draining your wallet. Conclusions - There is a lot to like about the Inspire 3 if you have the right mindset. it's well made, comfortable to wear, reasonably accurate and with good battery life. It is a good tracker. It's not a substitute for a proper smart watch even though Fitbit want you to think it is. If you're happy to let it be a tracker with limited contact with a phone it will meet your needs. And meet them well. As a tracker it's highly recommended. As a smart device with a premium subscription it's a joke. Recommended with use case caveats.

Google did FitBit dirty.

***** UPDATE August 15th, 2023 *****I've had my watch for 20 days now. Worn it to bed every single night. Of those 20 nights I've gotten THREE nights where it has recorded a sleep score. It's nice to see my REM and Deep Sleep cycles and to put some loose value on the quality of sleep I'm getting. I had to go to the FitBit site to try and trouble shoot why I only got 3 nights...I *think* (not 100% sure, but based on FitBit help pages this is my assumption) you have to have the watch SNUG at night to get a good reading for sleep. And when I say snug I mean I have the SMALL band so tight I only have 3 notches left to go before I'm out of notches. I'd say I have average to small wrists, so If you have REALLY small wrists you could be out of luck unless you get a 3rd party band. I will likely go that route as the firmer plastic that tight is not comfortable and leaves massive dents. The worst part of not getting but 3 days of sleep score is that the monthly sleep profile needs 14 nights of sleep score to give you a sleep profile, so that likely isn't going to happen this month unless I can get a sleep score every night for pretty much the rest of the month. And then the "Readiness Score" also needs the sleep data. So I got a score yesterday (Monday) because it gave me a sleep score for Sunday night. I can't judge that aspect of it on one score.I did wear it in the pool today and it seems fine in regards to the water resistance. My gripe there is that I was doing water aerobics and there is no quick option for that - just swimming. So I had to go back into the app and add my activity and the time frame. Not the worst thing, but if it's an exercise option within the app I wish I could set it as a quick select for my watch as it's something I may continue doing on a regular basis.Still would't upgrade the star rating at this point, nor would I pay the 10 bucks a month for premium with the data I've gotten thus far.***** Original Review *****I will admit I've not had my new FitBit for more than 24 hours yet as I start writing this -- BUT -- This is my 3rd or 4th FitBit in the last decade or so. I go between FitBit and Apple Watch. I'll pro/con this from my prior knowledge of what FitBit was prior to Google buying it. I already utilize the apps FitOn for exercise videos along with LoseIt! for food logging, so that plays into my review.Pros:The screens now are SO much better.Battery life is better than in the past.Way more information in a compact device - It's more than just tracking 10000 steps with 5 dotstsw now.Bands are more comfortable than prior models, and have plenty of 3rd party options.FitBit now has exercise videos in app. (You'll see this in cons, I'll explain.)Clock and App Gallery. (Also going to appear in cons.)Meal ideas. (Another double edged sword here too.)Cons: (Maybe grab a snack right now, it's going to take a minute.)The App... is simply atrocious. With what I'm seeing right now, I can't say paying for premium is going to be worth anything. Unless the health data and readiness score are absolutely mind blowing I really can't fathom spending 10 bucks a month on it. I've also noticed that an issue with the Inspire 3 not showing things like breathing and skin temp are all over the help pages on FitBit. I'll try and remember to update if that all shows up in the coming days like it says it should.** Groups no longer exist. You can have a group with your personal friends you add on, but you cannot find a public group if you wanted to just talk to people about something like meal prep. There is no more social aspect to to the app aside from adding friends. I can partake in groups on LoseIt! and FitOn both.** Clock and App Gallery - there's limited clock faces for the Inspire 3. The stock one it comes loaded with is the one I like the best, and you have THREE whole color theme options (green, orange, purple). There are apps I cannot load onto my Inspire like FitOn, which REALLY irks me off as that's my primary exercise video app (more on that below). My Apple Watch had an app too that synced my heart rate to FitOn.** Speaking of things the FitBit won't work with... It won't sync any data with Apple Health - I will have to see if my FitBit syncing with the LoseIt! app will do so.** Exercise videos: There seems to be a good bit to choose from, some are for Premium subscribers only like most apps, which isn't a huge deal. My dislike on this is there is precious little to sort the videos by. My FitOn app I can go by time, equipment needed, body part I want to focus on, and even the trainer. There are 6 filter options on the FitBit app. They have groups such as "no equipment needed" or "weights only" but then there's also ones I came across that require a treadmill or push-up bar, but you don't know that until you click on the video itself.** Meal ideas are awesome, but on the FitBit app they are all in video format. I don't want to watch a video to get the recipe. I want an ingredients list and directio...
