Synergee Non-Slip 3-in-1 Wood Plyo Boxes

The box is sturdy. Was bought for daughter but sturdy enough for everyone to use it. The assembly wasn’t that hard but the instructions aren’t very clear and the pieces aren’t marked. But overall, very happy with it.

For a basic box jump, great product. I have s small garage gym and this piece added another amazing element to my workouts. My wife does traditional box jumps and I use these mainly for step ups and high knee drills. Easy to put together and great buy. Lightweight too

This is a great quality box! I sent a question and was pleasantly met with the very prompt and responsive customer service, and I realized I had only read something incorrectly on the instructions (The box size I ordered does not require the stabilizing insert) however don’t let that discourage you: The item is very sturdy and well made, it will hold your weight easily, and the fitness possibilities are endless. The non-slip surface is reassuring against accident/injury. I will likely be ordering in other sizes in the near future. Don’t hesitate!

This box was easy to handle from the way it was packaged and shipped! Very easy instructions and assembly. Durable construction yet light enough to be moved easily. The 3 sided box makes it easy to use for many types of clients. We at Fit Reno would recommend this product to anybody.

The plyo box assembled quite easily. It has impressive internal bracing. The outer cover is both attractive and functional. Nonslip surface. My box has three height options by simply rotating the box. 16". 18". 20". It is rock solid for jumps. No box movement whatsoever. I did a lot of research prior to this purchase. This was also the best value out there.

Tough, stable, easy to put together, and strong with a cost that left room for more weight room equipment! I am 285 lbs. stepping with 80- 225 pounds over and over. It is even non slip. Kids use it for jump box for jump height. Actually need another to up my workouts. Safe to use with weighted squats since I am putting over 500 lbs up and down.

Loving it! Sturdy. Strong. Easy to assemble. I did have to use a mallet to coax one joint together. Just used it and it’s working great!

This is a very functional step box. It has an internal gizmo for additional support that is both unnecessary and nonfunctional, since it has turned inside the box and is no longer in the correct position to provide support. Not a big deal. The nonslip option is no less slippery than the bare wood.

The directions were awful! Instructions that each piece should be numbered. However, there weren't any numbers on any pieces. My box came pretty marked up. Doesn't interfere with performance but definitely marks and scratches. Once it was fully assembled, it does seem very sturdy.

Setting up was fine but very tedious with a bunch of screws. When we got the package it came with the slides of the box plus an internal support which is just two pieces of wood fitted together in a cross for the support.Of course, when we screwed on the final side, the internal support rotated so it was rattling inside, because there is no screws to fix the internal support. It just sits inside the box. After unscrewing the side, which we weren't a fan of, because we were now stripping the screw holes, we placed the internal support back in its upright position and tightly screwed the final side back on, with the hope that it would not move.We haven't yet used the box for box jumps or anything that would rattle the box, mostly using it as a ledge for pull-ups or for hip thrusts.Internal support rotated again and is rattling inside the box. Emailed customer service who basically said the size that we got (12/14/16) actually doesn't need the internal support and shouldn't have come with it when shipping! They instructed us to remove the internal support as it should be fine to hold the tested weight.Not thrilled. Hate that we had to screw and unscrew and screw again. Guaranteed this screws are not going to stay in place over time. Some of the "non slip" layer has peeled off after being handled.Spend the money on higher quality stuff.

Takes a little bit of time assemble correctly. But great box for a home gym. Handle wholes are the perfect size. Can’t trip on itI am 5 10 and good for step ups and box jumps

Easy to assemble if you have a power drill with a Phillips driver. I like the non slip surface a lot. The edges seem to want to chip a little when I hit them a certain way with my shoe, but that doesn’t bother me. Its functionality is great. It is solid and well proportioned and feels safe.

Great product. I thought the rubber on it would be thicker. It also slides on carpet. Must use on rubber Matt so it doesn’t slide. Super sturdy. Yes

I was a bit apprehensive about getting this block as I've only used high density foam blocks before. It's fairly easy to put together and is very stable considering its size. I will admit the screws shipped with it are not the highest quality but they do work. Overall, this is a very good product that holds up well with repeated use.

The actual product is as advertised, but there’s no real instructions. Parts are not labeled. So, impossible to follow the dialgran with assembly diagram. Pretty difficult to understand when warning says “Faikure to assemble correctly can lead to injury...” Easy fix for manufacturer to add a label or sticker to identify each part with assembly diagram.

The product is great, especially for the price. The only thing that bothered me is that the inside support has slipped twice but has Ben stable since I added wood glue. Just a slight bit off. But other than that it’s a great product and would definitely recommend.

I wanted a jump box for my workouts. I needed an intermediate box to start with and this is a perfect fit. It was easy to put together. Feels sturdy. Overall, a great product.
