Keeps you feet moving fronteard and backwards. It is hard to figure out the pre settings so I just use the manual settings on the remote. I can say I see no benefit except the movement of your lower legs.
Swelling went down completely in 2 days. I work at home and sit most of the day. I used this all the time when sitting. My legs and feet used to look like elephant legs. Now they are all the way down. So thankful I found this. I even do youtube videos and I move my arms while using this. I have had some lower back pain so this helps me get a workout in and get the swelling down.
This is a great product. We watch TV while we follow the forward and backward pedaling routine. It’s easy to use while also exercising our arms. The exercise routine makes us feel better; it wakes up our feet and legs.
I absolutely love my new leg exerciser - it's quiet and works great while sitting watching TV or reading a book!I had a problem with the rubber legs and Merach Customer Support were TOP NOTCH and so helpful throughout my process of putting them back on. Merach walked me through it and it worked. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
I’m getting ready for knee surgery and have really weak legs. This machine is perfect to get me started on my leg strengthening.Light enough for me to move around too.
I use this without the automatic movement and it's been helpful in bringing strength back from a sports injury. My 90yr mother uses it on automatic movement since she struggles with neuropathy in her legs. Trying to keep her leg muscles from atrophy.Very pleased with the product
Purchased due to husbands knee replacement. It has helped toGet the stiffness out of his leg following surger
I would not consider it extremely quiet. We are still trying to figure out how to make different selections on it. It seems to have a mind of its own and The pedals are hard plastic making them kinda slick. But you do get exercise for your legs.
Great machine! Bought it for my dad who has poor circulation and in a wheelchair. I works perfect for him. He felt his legs muscles working. Love the speed settings and the large foot pedal.
The product is pretty much as described, and if it were not for one feature not clearly seen or mentioned in the details, I would most likely give it five stars. However, there is a 15-minute hard stop for the device even in manual mode. Which means you will need to continuously start over with counting steps, calories, etc., every 15 minutes. My fix is to wear my Fitbit on my ankle, but I was looking forward to seeing my progress on the machine as I was working. The Built-In 15-Minute Rule Session Hard Cap:The official MERACH E32 Product Guide notes that the suggested continuous usage is strictly 15 minutes per session. The Manual Behavior: Once the timer reaches exactly 15 minutes, the built-in system automatically cuts power to the motor and tracking screen. To keep going, you must wake the screen up and press Start again to track a new 15-minute increment.
I am now completely happy with my MERACH Elliptical leg exerciser. I had a problem with the speed and the company resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. They sent me out a replacement unit to replace the defective one. The unit runs smoothly and very quietly. I’m really happy that I chose this particular brand. I did my research and decided this was the best choice when choosing the elliptical that I wanted. It was a great investment in my health.
This product has worked flawlessly for me. I work from home and are on a lot of calls so I needed something to at least keep the circulation going in my legs. This does the trick. Only 4 stars because I wish there was a way in manual mode to go more than 15 minutes. It’s easy enough to just restart again but that would be my only complaint.
I do enjoy using this at work. In fact a couple of my coworkers purchased their own. I like everything about it. Easy to use, mobility, display, quality, has a on/off toggle switch, speed & effortless work out. I gave it 4 stars because I wish the stride would be a little longer as though you are walking.
This is a good product which is very easy to set up and easy to use. The pre-programmed functions are nice but a bit complicated to remember, so i guess if you find the one you like then you just keep using it.You can use it manually or use the motor which is nice, the overall product looks nice as well. It's also very light that i can easily pick it up from under my desk without having to get on my hands and knees. The main drawbacks are the limited time on 'manual' mode which is limited to 15 minutes. The instruction manual included with the product claims that more is in the box than actually in the box, notably foot straps, resistance bands, pvc pad and lubricant, i assume this was for a different product and not this one. That or i got VERY unlucky. It does come with batteries for the remote though which is nice.
Perfect for acl recovery. This low impact machine has given me confidence in being able to move my body again. After given the ok to do biking from my PT, I figured the safest way was to get a stationary bike… but then I found this and adore it much more! I plan on continuing to use this after I’m recovered and while at workPros:Low impacteasy to usereasonably priced15 min timer, preset modesability to go backwardsand there’s a set your own pace mode (manual mode)easy to pick up and moveyou can multi task much easier than a manual bike or stair stepperRemotePerfect for if you’re injured or just feeling a little lazy, but still feel like being productiveCan use during watching tv or video gamesQuietCons:You’ll need an extension cordWhether you do a preset mode or “manual mode” all of the modes move the machine for you (you’re just along for the ride). Manual mode just means you adjust the speed, like a treadmill. I thought I’d be able to increase the intensity based off of the way that was promoted, so that could have just been me not understanding their terminology.
It came in good time and intact. I've only used it for a short period of time so don't know how it will hold up in the long run, but it gets my legs moving in a steady and easy fashion. It developed a "squeak" shortly after using it, sounds like something rubber. The cord is a bit too short, have added an electrical outlet strip to lenghten, but have also used it without plugging in manually, and that works well. Overall am happy with it and hope it helps to get me moving better. The last several years I have been fighting knee arthritis, bone on bone, and it has greatly limited my activity, which has contributed to some major weight gain as well. So I am hoping this will help strengthen the leg muscles that support the knee so I can become more active again. So far seems like a good thing.
This is a terrific exercise device for older folks. My 87 year old father uses it 3x/day while watching TV. He reported that his hips and knees were less stiff and he was more mobile by the end of the first day. The most relevant features (for the elderly) include no assembly required, lightweight, availability of a remote control, 12 speeds, and multiple automatic programs. Oh, and this is a reasonably priced elliptical, too!
Works in that it runs well and it runs pretty quietly, but if you want to be able to track your distance or do not want to change the direction of your movements consistently, just forget about all of that. It does whatever it wants. It still sometimes changes direction on you about every 50 rotations or so, and for fun it sometimes changes that too. Yes, you can change it back, but you will then need to re enter what program (mode) and function (distance, time, etc) you want to see. It will just reset your distance at different times, for example it has done this at 1.55 mile, 1.24 mile, & 2.23 miles, it’s never the same, yet it has 4 spots as if you could go up to 10.00 miles if you wanted, though yet to see that happen. You will be going at a good pace and then it will slow down on its own out of nowhere and create a lot of resistance, then eventually go back to the way you had it, if at all. If all you want is to move your legs, it is good and quiet, if you want anything more, keep looking.
I am very happy with the MERACH Under Desk Elliptical. It is compact, quiet, and very easy to use. It fits perfectly under my desk, allowing me to exercise while working or watching TV. The motion is smooth and gentle on my knees and joints, making it great for daily use.The remote control is very convenient because I don’t have to bend down to change the speed. It comes fully assembled, so I was able to start using it right out of the box. I have noticed better leg movement and circulation after using it regularly.Overall, this is an excellent machine for seniors, office workers, or anyone who wants a low-impact way to stay active. I highly recommend the MERACH Under Desk Elliptical for its quiet operation, ease of use, and great value for the price.
I purchased the MERACH Under Desk Elliptical Machine for my senior mother, and it has been a wonderful addition to her daily routine. As someone who has limited mobility, she wanted a simple way to stay active and keep her legs moving without putting too much stress on her joints. This leg exerciser is easy to use, quiet, and comfortable. She can use it while sitting and watching TV or reading, which makes it convenient to fit exercise into her day. After using it regularly, she feels that it helps keep her joints flexible and supports her leg muscle strength and circulation. The machine feels sturdy and well-made, and the smooth motion is gentle enough for seniors while still providing a good workout. I also appreciate that it encourages daily movement, which is important for maintaining mobility and overall health. Overall, this has been a great purchase for my mom. It's a safe, low-impact way for seniors to stay active and keep their legs moving. I highly recommend it and will getting one for myself, will be placed under my work desk., exercising while working, what a win-win.
